The GMT pilot plant is located adjacent to the research center in Sandersville, Georgia. The pilot plant functions in two capacities: (1) the processing and product development of large projects in hundreds of pounds and tons and (2) the manufacturing of products for customers that includes wet and dry mineral processing, thermal processing, particle sizing, mineral/impurity separation, etc. We also have mixers and screens for slurrying final products and processing a range of product formulations for customers.
The pilot plant is an extension of the research facility allowing for full scale batch and continuous operations. This advantage provides our scientists and engineers with the ability for complete in-house scale up of mineral processing systems. With our experienced pilot plant staff, we can demonstrate our innovative technology options first hand with a pilot plant visit.
